Frequently Asked Questions

Services & Care

No. Our caregivers are trained in personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, meals) and daily living support. They are not medical professionals. They don't diagnose, prescribe, or perform medical procedures. For those, you consult your doctor or a nurse.

We remind clients to take medications and monitor adherence. We do not inject, administer IV, or prescribe. If your loved one needs skilled medication management, consult their doctor or a nurse.

We have caregivers trained in dementia care. Our training covers behavior management, redirection, and safety. However, if your loved one requires psychiatric medication management or specialized behavioral interventions, consult a neurologist or psychiatrist.

Our caregivers call 911 immediately, then notify you and the emergency contact. They defer all medical decisions to first responders and your doctor. The caregiver stays with your loved one until help arrives.

Pricing & Billing

Your comfort is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your assigned caregiver, please let us know right away. We will work with you to address your concerns and, when possible, provide a different caregiver that better fits your needs and preferences
